PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING

 SHIPPING & RETURNS:

The Young Socialite’s goal is to provide you with top of the line hair and an overall customer service experience.   Your order will be processed and shipped with an emailed tracking number  within 48 hours of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast via FedEx unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend scheduling your hair appointment with this time frame in mind. If you need your hair sooner, we can accommodate you! We offer an express delivery option.  Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. There is only express shipping on Saturdays and no standard shipping on weekends and holidays.

If you do not receive your order, email sales@affluenthairco.com with your order number and tracking number. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

If you received your order and want to make a change within 30 days of purchase, please email us at tysreturns@affluenthairco.com.  Complete the product exchange form and return the item you wish to exchange in the same condition as you received it (in its original packaging). When returning your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include delivery insurance in case of any carrier issues. Once your email is received, you will obtain the address to process the return.  Please note, return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information, please email us at tysreturns@affluenthairco.com.
